She feels joy in helping people fulfil their dreams and has been doing this for most of her working life – first in Banking (with over 16 years’ experience in financials), and later in Real Estate. Tammy has found both careers very rewarding. They also provide her with a real edge when it comes to understanding the full journey of buying and selling property – from the financial side right through to the final sale and purchase.
When she’s not out working hard, Tammy lives in Palmerston North with her partner Mark. Their children are grown up and are now having families of their own. Energetic as she is about everything, Tammy loves being a “Nana”, and absolutely adores her grandchildren.
When she’s not being called ‘Nana’ you could probably also call her a ‘classic’. In her younger years she was interviewed and asked what her dream car would be. It wasn’t a Lamborghini, Porsche or similar. Her answer was a VW Beetle. She has owned 5 over the years, and currently owns a bright yellow one. It widens the smile on her face every time she drives it!
