My wife and I have been looking for a new home for a while, we had meet Rachael at a few different open homes, and found her to be one of the best realtors to deal with. We are so glad we chose to go with her as our sale agent, she is upfront, honest and always has your best interest at heart. She is very approachable and willing to work around you. Having her as our realtor is such a stress relief, she answered all our questions and kept us informed about what is happening in the housing market, which gave us great peace of mind. As Rachael is also family, she knows I don't handle change well but she took the time to explain the process, ensured I understood & that I wasn't being pushed out of my comfort zone until I was ready. Rachael provided great feedback of what was happening while house was on the market from potential buyers & knew we were all on a similar page. Recently we enlisted Rachael to sell our investment property. This was such a straight forward and very professional process, we were kept up to date at all times and were impressed with the online Proppy platform she used to sell our property.
