We approached Kate (and others) when we knew that we wanted to sell our much loved home in Cromwell. It was clear not only from the number of sold boards with her face on them around town, but from our first introduction that she was the agent for us.
While we could assist with the property staging and back end, we knew that we needed Kates super local sales knowledge and sales/negotiation acumen to give us the best result.
