Jarrad lives by this whakataukī (proverb) as he believes in putting others first and ensuring their needs and the needs of the wider community are taken care of.

Jarrad is also a dedicated family man with extensive experience in corporate, community, and cultural sectors. His diverse career has seen him excel as a secondary school teacher, General Manager for World Rugby in Asia, and international event management. In recent years, Jarrad has focused on residential property development in the Waikato region.

With his strong management skills, deep understanding of the residential market, and excellent communication abilities, Jarrad aspires to become the go-to real estate professional in Waikato. He approaches every challenge with a solutions-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively with others and thinking outside the box.

A true people person, Jarrad is committed to helping families find their perfect home. His people-first approach is evident in his many community roles, including serving as a former High School Presiding Board Member, sports coach, Church, and community organisations.

When he’s not working or serving the community, Jarrad enjoys spending quality time with his whānau. He also stays connected with his hapū and marae through active participation as a marae trustee.
