Our home is just 300m from the ferry wharf in one direction and the Seatoun village shops in the other - perfectly positioned. Smell the sea when you come home from a day at the office and let your cares drift away as you walk through the front door. Here you'll find a host of features that will make our house your home. The centre of entertainment is the kitchen with the two living areas that spread out from it and open on to a sheltered patio. There's a flat and sun-filled garden to play in or to host friends for a drink around the barbecue.
When it comes time to sleep, there are two large double bedrooms and one smaller one. The master bedroom glories in a magnificent bay window that looks on to leafy Ventnor St and gives a glimpse of the harbour. It also has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The family bathroom has both a bath and shower and also contains the laundry area. Finally, for all-important storage, there is a large storage room in the centre of the house and a single-car garage.
