We may not have any upcoming open homes but we can usually schedule a private visit.
Forget busy roads, keeping the landlord happy and weekends spent on DIY.
Most of the hard yakka has been done. The 1960s fibre cement house has recently been refreshed inside and new lino has been laid.
The sizable kitchen has been updated and the elegant black and white theme will have you thinking old Hollywood. A huge modern electric oven and gas hob await your oven mitts and wooden spoon.
The dining room flows from the kitchen and around the corner is the lounge with a striking geometric feature wall.
Keep toasty over winter with a wood burner and heat transfer system, plus there's insulation in the floors and ceiling. Off the kitchen is a handy study, nook great for keeping an eye on the kids while they're on their devices.
Step down to what was a garage - it makes a great family hang-out for the teens and their friends. There is also a handy hobby or office room.
The bathroom and toilet have also been updated and the three bedrooms - two double - are all bright and sunny.
Extensive decking (some of it covered) provides oodles of options - al fresco dining, washing line for rainy days, cloud gazing. The gardens are easy care and the section is fully fenced, some of it new. Neighbouring trees add to the natural vista.
Edmay Street is close to Johnston Park and being on the east side of town cuts down on the commute to Palmerston North considerably.
Feilding's Edmay Street is the only one in the country that we know of. Think:
E is for Easter - plenty of room to hide the kids' Easter eggs
D is for as new dishwasher
M is for modern lino
A is for awesome outdoor area
Y is for why delay?
Come and see for yourself the exceptional value on offer here.
