Double doors open onto the wharf at the harbour end so you can launch at sunrise, and at the west end for easy access to the road as you arrive home at sunset. With a well-constructed 22m(+/-) long wharf, low loading platform with hand-railed steps for ease of boarding, two fixed ladders, weather-proof exterior power points, floodlighting, wharf crane, and water blaster with pump, this set up has been thoughtfully crafted by a boatie with wisdom and local boating knowledge.

Boat berth is 1.7m deep for the keel of a yacht at low tide, in a dredged soft mud channel on the south side of the wharf, while the mooring (depth 3.5m) is situated about 60m from the wharf, suitable for a 10 ton yacht with a 2m draft. The mooring weight is a 1.25 ton part-spoked, part-solid steam engine driving-wheel, which has a great grip on the mud.

Also included in this sale is an elderly 1952 Ferguson tractor that is not roadworthy (therefore included as is, where is), but it goes and can be used for powering the winch or the water blaster pump.
